Build to a Heavy 1-Rep Jerk)

GOAL: STRENGTH | RPE 9 | This should not be a 1RM today. If it happens awesome but we should not be chasing that RPE 10. We are just going for a confident heavy single. No misses. Focus on feeling the heavy weight Overhead to prep for Friday when we hit the 1RM Clean and Jerk.

GOAL: SPRINT | RPE 9 | We have a gnarly push sprint. Goal is as fast as possible on the Bike with just enough left in the tank to send it on the second bike. We are aiming for big sets on the Handstand Push-Ups. Don’t underestimate the pushing fatigue but try not to hold back either. Let’s see how close we can fly to the sun on this one!
