Warm-up
Follow the leader. Kids will form a line behind the coach. Run through jogging, running, and other movements (running backwards, karaoke, etc). 5-6 minutes.
Skill
Dumbbell Deadlifts
Model placing feet under hips, dumbbells outside the feet, and how to keep the back flat and chest up as you go down to pick them up. Let them practice for 5 minutes.
