August AMRAP Challenge (AMRAP – Reps)
Today’s AMRAP is: 2 minute Burpee Box Overs. These are box facing burpees and the box height is 24/20 inches.
From Home Option: if you can’t make it to the gym today, instead perform 2 minutes of burpee broad jumps. If possible, mark a distance of 3 feet for females and 4 feet for males. Burpee, then broad jump the distance. Turn around and repeat. That’s 2 reps.

August AMRAP Challenge: we will program a two-minute max effort AMRAP (as many reps/calories as possible) workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week in August. You have to do them all on the day they are programmed to complete this challenge. If you can’t make it to the gym that day, a “from home” option will be provided.
