Today’s AMRAP is: 2 minutes of max Clean and Jerks!
RX: 115/80 (KG: 52.5/25)
Independence: 95/65 (KG: 42.5/30)
Liberty: Single Arm Alternating Hang Clean and Jerk with a light dumbbell
* Can be power or squat.
From Home Option: if you can’t make it to the gym today, do you have any dumbbells? If so, do 2 minutes of Double Dumbbell Hang Power Clean and Jerks. If not, perform max clean and jerks with a random object, like a backpack, if you can. If you don’t have an option for that, 2 minutes of max burpees it is!

August AMRAP Challenge: we will program a two-minute max effort AMRAP (as many reps/calories as possible) workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week in August. You have to do them all on the day they are programmed to complete this challenge. If you can’t make it to the gym that day, a “from home” option will be provided.
