August AMRAP Challenge (AMRAP – Reps)
Today’s AMRAP is: 2 minute max Ski or Shuttle Run.
– If you have access to SkiErgs, perform that for max calories. Rollover calories count (meaning don’t log your score until the monitor stops).
– If not, perform max shuttle runs where each rep is 25 feet down + 25 feet back. Athletes must touch the line each time they turn around.
From Home Option: Perform the shuttle runs.
