Warm Up
Jumping warm-up – 10 yards each:
walking on toes
lunge walks
toy soldiers
walk on heels
THEN:
10 jumping squats
Skill
Jumping hurdles
Divide kids into two groups. Have a coach hold a PVC at varying heights for them to jump over. They may jump however they choose!
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
3 sets:
4 stations, kids work at each station for :50 before rotating. The stations are:
-Box jumps
-Burpees over line
-Lunges
-Run
