Warm-up
Ankles, legs, hips. Line kids up and have them perform the following movements for 10 yards at a time:
Walk on heels
Walk on toes
Walking lunges
Bunny hops
Broad jumps
Bear crawls
Skill
Jump rope
Practice for 8-10 minutes.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 8:00
P1: 20 jump ropes (scale to line hope or plate hops for kids who can’t quite jump rope yet).
P2: Active hang on bar
