Jump rope:

We worked on this Wednesday, so today let the kids who have singles down work on doubles or crossovers. The ones who still need practice with singles can do singles. Practice for 8-10 minutes.

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds:

10 jump ropes (singles or doubles, scale to plate hops for those who can’t do singles)

8 push-ups

6 burpees over jump rope or burpee jump overs with plate

For those who get finished early, they can work on active hanging or pull-ups until everyone is finished.
