Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
Ball relay. Split kids into teams of 4-5. Each team will have a bucket set up 20 yards out and each kid will have a ball. One by one, each team member must run their ball down to the bucket. Whichever team fills their bucket first, wins!
Skill
pull-ups
Run through a quick shoulder warmup of :10 active hang and 5 scapulas pull-ups, 2 rounds.
Then, work through the standard progression for pull-ups.
