Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)

Warm-up

Class begins with a Row skill review. Help the kids with their rowing form and then lead them into a 2 minute practice row. This should be done at a slow, warm-up pace while coaches help the kids with form.

Afterwards, have the kids finish their warm-up be performing:

Inch worm 10 yards

10 Arm circles forward and backward

Skill

Handstand holds on the wall

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner workout

10 minute AMRAP

1:00 Row

5 Push-ups

10 Toe Touches

Partner one performs 1:00 Row, 5 Push-ups, 10 Toe Touches. Then they rest until partner 2 finishes their round.

Partner two starts their round as soon as partner one finishes the Row.
