Warm-up
3:00 Run (outside or around the gym)

Partner Wall Balls
Partner kids up based on size/the weight of ball they can manage. Let them practice partner wall balls for 5-6 minutes, performing a full squat each time and then tossing the ball with both hands high to partner. It should hit the wall inbetween partners to allow their partner to catch it.
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3:00 Partner AMRAP
Partners perform 2 partner wall balls, then one partner runs the ball down 50 feet and back. Partners perform 2 more partner wall balls, then the other partner runs the ball down and back. After the first AMRAP, let them rest and repeat with a new partner.
