Warm up
Junkyard dog
Partner kids up according to height and have them each do 3 rounds.
Skill
Rope Swings
Set up boxes on either side of the ropes. Allow them to practice jumping, holding on the rope, and swinging back and forth between boxes. Practice for 8-10 minutes.
If ropes are unavailable, practice forward rolls. Use a gymnastics mat.

Make 3 teams. Each member must complete:
1 rope swing between boxes (or 1 forward roll)
3 burpees over box
5 jumping squats
