8x200m Run (at moderate-fast/RPE 8)

-rest 30-seconds between sets, after 8 sets rest 30-seconds and go into-

800m Run (at moderate/RPE 6)

*The 800s are warm up/cool down while the 200s should be sprint-ish, but not all out. Build up in the first 1-2 sets.
