Max Effort 500m Row
No more than 3 attempts including false starts. If you have several bad pulls tp start, slip off the rower, etc. take a false start and start over.
We are not looking for perfection for the entire 500 meters, but you have an option to restart if something crazy happens and you want to restart.
20/20 Vision (Time)
20 Minute AMRAP:
20 Air Squats
20 Burpees
20 Reverse Lunges
20 Sit-ups
Goal score 4-5 rounds.
That means about 1 minute per movement per round in order to get 5 rounds.
Figure out your better movements to pick up the pace and save some time.
Great WOD to save for a day you are stuck at home or on the road and can’t make it to the gym!
