Continue in this way for 5 minutes total:

Skill work: Dumbbell Push Press. Practice form and prepare for the workout ahead.

P1: 1:00 min walking lunges
P2: 1:00 min dumbbell push press
-1:00 rest between sets-
* Partner 1 performs 1 min of walking lunges while Partner 2 performs 1 minute of dumbbell push press. Then they rest a minute. When they resume, they switch places. Each athlete will perform 2 sets of each movement by end of workout.
