Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
Start with a few rounds of a game, such as duck, duck, goose or simple tag. Then, partner kids up and have them perform 3 rounds of:
5 yard sled push (each)
5 DB push press
Skill
Have kids practice wall walks (half way up).
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 7 minutes:
P1: 5 DB push press
5 yd sled push
P2 walks alongside.
Then switch.
*On the sled push, partners may choose to work together to push or take turns, as long as the work is split 50/50.
