Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
For the warmup and skill portions today, we will do work stations. The stations are:
Jump ropes
Sandball squats (on shoulder)
Burpees
Box jumps
Divide kids into 4 groups. They will work at a station for :40, then rotate. Do this for 12 minutes.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
“Mayhem obstacle course”
Line kids up in one long line. The course is:
1 rope swing across boxes
Jumping across 4 boxes of varying height
4 line hops (over jump ropes laid flat)
1 basketball shot
-Get back in line-
This course will serve as our game today, as well.
