Freedom: 115/80 (52.5/35)
Independence: 95/65 (42.5/30)
Liberty: double dumbbell thrusters with light dumbbells
** Bar is taken from the ground, not rack.
From Home Option: if you can’t make it to the gym today, and you don’t have dumbbells, instead perform a backpack thruster. If you don’t have access to a backpack, perform max Burpee + Jump Squat – perform a burpee (including the jump), then do an air squat followed by a jump. That’s one rep.
Thrusters – You don’t have to go to the ground each time. Bar can remain in the front rack
