Warm-up
Line kids up and set up a cone 10 yards out. Call out different movement patterns for them to perform for 10 yards, then walk back. For example, skipping, bunny hops, broad jumps, etc.
Skill Work
PVC pipe cleans
Practice 8-10 minutes.
