Crossfit Lillington – Mayhem Affiliate – Kids (5-8)
Warm-up
Circle kids up. Explain you will be using non-verbal communication to complete the warm-up. They need to perform the movements with you, so they will have to pay attention. In the middle of the circle, perform several reps of air squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. They will all be synchro so you can pause and correct in certain positions. You and the assisting coach can correct movements during this time. When you’re satisfied with their movement, move on to the workout.
If you do not have an assisting coach, call out the reps from outside the circle.
