Warm-up
300M Run then 3 Rounds of:
5 Inchworms with Pushup
5 Jumping Pullups
10 Second Backbend Stretch
* Switch the 300m Run to 2 minute Bike if planning to bike in the workout.
Skill
Overhead Squats are the focus ths week.
Do more technique work with the pvcs, then move onto an empty bar and add a little weight if able
